Apply now!</p> <p>Tasks</p> <p>Your main tasks include, among others:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Inputs material requests into eMax once the Engine Operations Center enters various part numbers in WES</p> </li><li> <p>Generates daily status reports and performs all required actions to ensure timely delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Maintains and works with Lufthansa's Network Supply Chain to ensure on time and complete delivery</p> </li><li> <p>Manages Rolls Royce and Mobile Engine Services inventory levels, lead times, and costs</p> </li><li> <p>Ensures compliance of procurement activities with government regulations, company guidelines and policies (e.g. GOPs, Employee Handbook, etc.) as well as contractual agreements</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinates activities with production scheduling and planning</p> </li><li> <p>Complies with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned by the Lead and Manager of Supply Chain/Logistics & Facilities</p> </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>The ideal Material Service Center Coordinator must fulfill the following requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma/GED required </li><li>Bachelor's degree desirable </li><li>Three to five years' minimum experience in MRP-based manufacturing environment </li><li>Strong understanding of PAC and MPS </li><li>Fluency in English language required </li><li>SAP experience a plus but not required </li><li>Preferably working experience in a Purchasing capacity </li><li>Ability to interpret drawings and BOM requirements </li><li>Basic knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook </li><li>Excellent business sense </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Excellent reasoning ability </li><li>Excellent strategic thinking </li><li>Excellent oral communication </li><li>Excellent written communication </li><li>Excellent corporate awareness </li><li>Excellent teamwork </li><li>Responsible of budget:costs and revenue </li><li>Assessment screening </li><li>Willingness to travel </li><li>Must possess a legal work permit in the U.S. </li><li>Company may provide relocation assistance </li><li>CV/Resume required </li></ul> <p>About Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, Inc.</p> <p>Lufthansa Technik Engine Services, based in Tulsa, Oklahoma, is the Engine Center of Excellence in the Americas for the Lufthansa Technik Group.
