Our leading brands include ITT Cannon, Enidine, Aerospace Controls and kSARIA.</p> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Under the general direction of the Industrial Process IT Operations Supervisor, the IT Operations Support Professional interacts with the Technical Assistance Center, end users, and the Corporate Enterprise Infrastructure team to perform Level Two systems support, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions to remediate issues related to servers, end-user hardware, software, and network connectivity. The role provides guidance, instruction, and technical assistance to end users and supports the diagnosis and repair of PC hardware.</p> <p>This role works collaboratively with global IT teams to deliver optimal solutions for system stability and performance. Independent judgment is required to analyze, prioritize, and resolve complex technical issues within a global IT infrastructure environment.</p> <p>The individual ensures compliance with ITT Cybersecurity Policies and contributes to the planning, control, and support of global IT infrastructure while adhering to established standards.</p> <p>Candidates must be able to work in an industrial manufacturing environment, take full ownership of assigned sites, and demonstrate a willingness to learn, a positive attitude, and strong teamwork skills.</p> <p>Essential Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide onsite and remote Level Two support to Industrial Process users. </li><li>Utilize corporate ticketing systems (ServiceNow or equivalent). </li><li>Communicate proactively with user communities. </li><li>Support software compliance projects. </li><li>Troubleshoot and support SCCM infrastructure. </li><li>Perform server patching and vulnerability remediation. </li><li>Create and manage Windows server shares, groups, and permissions. </li><li>Troubleshoot network and server issues. </li><li>Manage Active Directory accounts and permissions. </li><li>Provide training and support for office applications. </li><li>Support installations for Engineering, Finance, Manufacturing, and other teams. </li><li>Provide data recovery services. </li><li>Support and maintain Windows Server environments. </li><li>Configure, install, and maintain enterprise applications including but not limited to LabVIEW, SAP, Adobe products, AutoDesk applications, BrightSign, SharePoint, and various Microsoft products. </li><li>Collaborate with global IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders. </li><li>Support telecom infrastructure. </li><li>Maintain cybersecurity, compliance, and documentation standards. </li><li>Work confidently in industrial manufacturing environments. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Support facility security systems and access control. </li><li>Assist facility management with office and maintenance needs. </li></ul> <p>SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <p>No direct supervisory responsibilities; indirect guidance to IT vendors.</p> <p>Position Requirements</p> <p>Education:</p> <ul> <li>BA/BS in IT, Computer Science, or related field; or equivalent experience. </li><li>Certifications such as A+, MCP, MCSE, or ITIL preferred. </li></ul> <p>Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years IT experience. </li><li>5+ years Windows Server administration. </li><li>Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools. </li><li>Server patching and vulnerability remediation. </li><li>Networking fundamentals: Cisco, TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS/DHCP. </li><li>SCCM imaging, deployment, compliance. </li><li>PC build/rebuild and imaging. </li><li>Active Directory management. </li><li>Installation and support of enterprise applications. </li><li>Experience in industrial environments preferred. </li><li>Strong communication, analytical, and time management skills. </li></ul> <p>COMPETENCIES</p> <ul> <li>Strong ownership mentality. </li><li>Positive attitude and willingness to learn. </li><li>Team-oriented mindset. </li><li>Adaptability and professionalism. </li><li>Customer service-focused approach. </li></ul> <p>Equal Pay Act Statement</p> <p>We aim to pay our 'ITT'ers' fairly and competitively in the locations that they live and work. Pay-for-performance is a principle that we believe in, and employees are rewarded based not only on 'what' they accomplish, but also on 'how' they reflect ITT's values. ITT offers a competitive salary and robust total rewards package, such as health insurance, 401(k), short and long-term disability, paid time off, growth and developmental opportunities, and other incentive compensation programs. Specific benefits are dependent upon whether or not the position is part of a collective-bargaining agreement. The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.</p> <p>Equal Pay Act Range</p> <p>Annual Salary Range $68,300 to $102,000.00 Plus Benefits and Incentive Plans.</p>
