<p>Kforce has a client in Fairhaven, MA that is seeking a Senior Manager/Director SEC Reporting.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Lead and support the SEC reporting process for a public company, including preparation and review of periodic filings </li><li>Manage SEC reporting timelines, checklists, and coordination to ensure accurate and timely filings </li><li>Prepare and review quarterly variance and flux analyses </li><li>Support external auditors during quarterly and annual reviews </li><li>Assist with adoption and implementation of new accounting standards </li><li>Prepare and review consolidated financial statements and related disclosures in accordance with U.S. GAAP </li><li>Support equity compensation accounting and earnings per share calculations as needed </li><li>Perform technical accounting research and help resolve complex accounting matters </li><li>Review statutory reporting at a high level, focusing on key variances and risk areas </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, finance, and other internal stakeholders </li><li>Operate independently while also leading and partnering with broader reporting teams* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field </li><li>Extensive experience leading SEC reporting for public companies </li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Forms 10-K and 10-Q </li><li>Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting principles </li><li>Demonstrated ability to independently own and drive the SEC reporting process end-to-end </li><li>Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience managing timelines and deliverables </li></ul>
