<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Job Title:</p> <p>Associate Account Executive (Performance Marketing)</p> <p>Department/Group Overview:</p> <p>The Performance Marketing Sales team is part of Disney Advertising Sales (DAS) and the larger Disney Media and Entertainment Division (DMED). We are seeking an accomplished, highly motivated sales executive with proven success in the Digital and Linear Landscape.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>We are seeking an accomplished, highly motivated Associate Sales Executive with proven success in the Digital and Linear Landscape. This Performance Marketing Associate Account Executive will be focused on growing overall performance revenue across both linear and digital products in the Disney portfolio of properties, including ABC, Disney, ESPN, Hulu, Freeform FX & Nat Geo by leveraging existing client and agency relationships. This position will be responsible for driving Performance advertising sales revenue through sponsorships and integrations, campaign implementation, and delivery of results in order to provide the highest standard of advertising sales customer service to DAS clients.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Prepare proposals and respond to RFP's with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Compile weekly and quarterly sales and client status reports</p> </li><li> <p>Work closely with other Disney Ad Sales teams such as marketing, research, and operations for RFP requests and campaign implementation</p> </li><li> <p>Act as the main point of contact in securing client assets and getting mock-ups approved for upcoming campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Analyze the current state of the linear business to identify and recommend digital opportunities</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare and deliver both pitch and wrap-up decks for pre and post-campaigns</p> </li><li> <p>Act as a resource for Account Executives regarding available opportunities across linear and digital Disney properties</p> </li><li> <p>Direct and coordinate Sales Planners in securing sports and entertainment deals</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage deal expertise to proactively recommend optimized inventory solutions</p> </li><li> <p>Stay current on top of video advertising trends and innovations</p> </li><li> <p>Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients</p> </li><li> <p>Prospecting, identifying, and qualifying new clients for our various portfolios</p> </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:</p> <ul> <li> <p>4 years of media planning experience for a major publisher or agency</p> </li><li> <p>Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes</p> </li><li> <p>Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of how our clients set priorities and performance goals, and how we can align our product portfolio to best fulfill those needs</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate proficiency in media math and analysis</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manipulate data for analysis and presentation</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to multi-task, make decisions and manage at entrepreneurial speed</p> </li></ul> <p>The base salary for this position in New York, NY is $98,600.00-$132,200.00. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.</p>
