This hands-on role combines day-to-day supervision with project management and requires someone who is proactive, adaptable, and capable of working independently while staying connected to their manager.</p> <p>As a key team leader, you'll be instrumental in ensuring consistent service quality, supporting field staff, and coordinating special projects. Growth is on the horizon, so we're looking for someone who can grow with us and thrive in a dynamic environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead, train, and support cleaning teams across multiple job sites</p> </li><li> <p>Conduct site visits to monitor performance and maintain quality standards</p> </li><li> <p>Manage and distribute cleaning supplies to ensure proper inventory</p> </li><li> <p>Build positive, respectful relationships with employees and clients</p> </li><li> <p>Address performance or training needs with fairness and clarity</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee project-based work as needed (including floor care, deep cleans, etc.)</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain a flexible work schedule, which may include early mornings, evenings, or split shifts</p> </li><li> <p>Support a safe work environment and ensure OSHA compliance (training provided)</p> </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bilingual (English/Spanish strongly preferred)</p> </li><li> <p>Prior experience in both cleaning and supervising teams</p> </li><li> <p>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to pass a background check</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with scissor lifts and basic safety protocols (OSHA certification provided)</p> </li><li> <p>Solid communication skills and a solutions-oriented mindset</p> </li><li> <p>Comfortable working independently and adjusting to changing priorities</p> </li></ul> <p>Initial Assignment:</p> <p>Your first assignment will be a daytime cleaning project at a nearby paint facility.
