We are passionate about making a difference and being active in our communities through our Medica foundations charitable grants, our employee giving, and our volunteer programs.</p> <p>This Supervisor will oversee two teams of Administrative Support Specialists who provide Care Coordination referral support and administrative support to our department of Care Coordinators, in addition to providing member customer service support.</p> <p>Medica's Supervisor is responsible for managing teams of care coordination support specialists for the provision of care coordination services for State Public Programs and other Medica members. The majority of members will be from our Care Coordination Products (MSHO, MSC+, ISNBC and SNBC) within State Public Programs and the Government division.</p> <p>In addition, this leader will partner with our Clinical Care Manager in the implementation and evaluation of Medica Care System care coordination services, implement improvement opportunities and manage corrective active plans as needed.</p> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>RN Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Associates or Bachelors) + a minimum of 2 years' experience in community based services, OR </li><li>Bachelor's degree in Social Work + a minimum of 1-2+ years of community based services </li><li>5+ years clinical experience </li><li>1-2+ years supervisory experience of professional staff, including employees who are home office or located remotely; informal leadership that has included coaching and mentorship will also be considered </li></ul> <p>Required Certifications/Licensure:</p> <ul> <li>Active, unrestricted RN OR SW License in the state of MN Required </li><li>MnCHOICES Certified Assessor Training (MNCAT) preferred or ability to obtain within 21 days of employment </li><li>Public Health Certification preferred, however not required </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Excellent customer service skills and proven team building skills </li><li>Excellent computer skills and ability to leverage technology to lead remote teams </li><li>High degree of initiative and ability to work independently, and within a group </li><li>Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively, including the flexibility to accommodate frequent changes </li><li>Strong problem solving skills </li><li>Consultant skills to articulate business needs and translate to quality programs that result in targeted staff competencies </li><li>Strong leadership skills </li></ul> <p>The employee will come onsite to the Minnetonka office once per week on average, and for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.</p> <p>The full salary range for this position is $68,800 - $118,000. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
