Recruits subject for participation and obtains consent/assent for research participation.</p> </li><li> <p>Prepares flowcharts, study specific source documents and other study related materials.</p> </li><li> <p>Assures clinical interventions are administered per protocol.</p> </li><li> <p>Collects/records subject data on the case report forms using source documentation.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as a clinical/research resource to subjects, families, and other healthcare providers regarding the needs of the study and subject/family.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborates with other caregivers, research team members, and subject/family in planning, implementing, and evaluating research activities.</p> </li><li> <p>Performs other duties as assigned.</p> </li></ol>
