<p>Oversee supply chain operations in the Main Operating Room/Sterile Core. Provide functional supervision and management of staff. Provide direction, assignments, feedback, coaching and counseling to assure outcomes are achieved. Serve as a Supply Chain Department liaison for clinics and operating rooms throughout the hospital. Utilize Microsoft Excel, SPM, and Tableau to locate supplies and instruments. Prompt communication with hospital staff regarding emergencies and requests. Ability to move throughout hospital, move up to 25 pounds, and frequently transport heavy case carts. Ability to move and position self to handle inventory, including high/low shelving. Employees will need a valid driver's license.
