If you love technology and would like to join a team of HR professionals, this might be a great opportunity for you.</p> <p>These are some of the duties and responsibilities you will have:</p> <ul> <li>Support the HR departments by assisting with systems administration and technical support. </li><li>Provide reports, data and build reports for users in all areas of HR, and other departments as requested. </li><li>Assist with data auditing and data integrity. </li><li>Assist HRIS Manager to ensure program/system enhancements function in accordance with HR objectives. </li><li>Assist with developing, maintaining and revising electronic HR reports and forms. </li><li>Assist with project management as assigned. </li><li>Assist users with computer/applications and report program problems. </li><li>Provide backup support for system security, maintenance and training. </li><li>Take on other duties as needed for the success of the HR team. </li></ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or Equivalent </li><li>Some experience with HR systems, process and procedures or other directly related experience </li><li>Basic knowledge of Windows, PC applications and hardware, report writing software, databases and HR systems. </li><li>Must have good organizational, analysis, troubleshooting and resolving technical problems skills. </li><li>Sound judgment and discretion in handling confidential and privileged information. </li><li>Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. </li><li>Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines. </li><li>Proven customer service skills. </li></ul> <p>Location:</p> <p>This position has a hybrid work from home schedule with a minimum of three days per week in our downtown corporate office.</p> <p>Located in the heart of downtown Salt Lake City, the Zions Bank Building serves as the headquarters of both Zions Bancorporation and Zions Bank.
