<p>Your Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate a team of intra-logistics operators or workers to ensure adequately receiving, storing, commissioning and dispatching all sorts of materials/goods/products for organization unit assigned. </li><li>Implement defined processes and standards for assigned areas of plant. </li><li>Monitor and enforce adherence to defined standards and processes. </li><li>Carry out adequate staffing, organize and coordinate daily intra-logistics operations for an assigned area and solve daily issues. </li><li>Collect, evaluate and report needs for repair, maintenance or replacement of warehouse/ material handling equipment. </li><li>Coordinate with other departments to manage material flow and storage efficiently. </li></ul> <p>Your Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>Advanced production knowledge and experience</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of production processes, measurement, inspection, procedures, production planning and control</p> </li><li> <p>Experience in SAP & Microsoft Office</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Extremely self-motivated & driven to achieve results</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to prioritize and make decisions</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma or equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship</p> </li></ul> <p>Our Offering</p> <ul> <li> <p>2nd and 3rd shift premium available</p> </li><li> <p>Medical, dental and vision insurance</p> </li><li> <p>Life insurance and 401k eligible with up to 6% company match</p> </li><li> <p>Please see all our benefit offerings at Schaeffler Benefits</p> </li></ul>
