This is a full-time, onsite role (4 days per week), offering the opportunity to work on cutting-edge mobile applications that integrate directly with medical devices.</p> <p>Pay: $90 per hour | Schedule: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Design and develop native iOS applications (Swift/SwiftUI) for medical device integration </li><li>Write highly testable, reliable code with automated unit, integration, and functional tests </li><li>Participate in architecture and design reviews, providing technical feedback and solutions </li><li>Conduct peer code reviews to ensure software quality and compliance with regulatory standards </li><li>Ensure patient safety by adhering to medical device software regulations </li><li>Stay current with emerging iOS technologies and bring forward innovative solutions </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve development processes, workflows, and efficiency </li></ul> <p>Required Skills & Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering </li><li>3-5 years of professional iOS development experience with Swift </li><li>Strong experience with SwiftUI and modern asynchronous iOS development </li><li>Proficiency in writing automated tests for iOS apps </li><li>Hands-on experience with Agile development (Kanban) and CI/CD pipelines </li><li>Expertise in Git, pull request workflows, and DevOps platforms (GitLab, GitHub) </li><li>Solid understanding of CoreData, Combine, and Reactive programming (RxSwift/FRP) </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills & Nice to Have:</p> <ul> <li>Experience with CoreBluetooth and connected medical devices </li><li>Previous experience in a regulated environment (medical device, healthcare, or pharma software) </li><li>Familiarity with security tools, authentication, and compliance standards </li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in collaborative, cross-functional teams </li></ul> <p>Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, a 401(k)-retirement savings plan, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), commuter/parking accounts, Health Savings Account (HSA), and AD&D insurance, and People Perks (additional employee discounts).</p> <p>Advance your career while contributing to life-changing medical technology.
