<p>EDGEWOOD SUMMIT</p> <p>Position Description</p> <p>POSITION TITLE:</p> <p>Dietary Aide</p> <p>DEPARTMENT:</p> <p>Dining Services</p> <p>IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:</p> <p>Dietary Manager</p> <p>STATUS:</p> <p>Non-Exempt</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <p>Educational Requirements and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent, but not necessary </li><li>Must be able to read and write </li><li>Follow instructions with a positive attitude </li><li>Experience a plus, but not necessary </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Able to provide dining service to elderly that meet or exceed hospitality and service standards. </li><li>Ability to effectively communicate with Residents, guests, employees and supervisors. </li><li>Able to work on Holidays and for pre-planned special events. </li></ul> <p>Position Summary</p> <p>Provide food and try delivery to the assisted living and/or skilled care center, carrying out the "Living in Style" program. Responsible for set-up and cleaning of dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards.
