<p>Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide short-term, solution-focused individual counseling to students for 16 hours per week. </li><li>Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards. </li><li>Assist students experiencing acute psychological distress or crisis. </li><li>Collaborate with campus safety and emergency services when necessary. </li><li>Provide follow-up care and referrals to community resources. </li><li>Serve as an active member of the college's Behavioral Intervention Team. </li><li>Design and facilitate workshops and presentations on topics such as stress management, anxiety, depression, suicide prevention, and resilience. </li></ul> <p>Minimum and Additional Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. </li><li>Current licensure in the state as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent. </li><li>Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, preferably in a college or adolescent/young adult setting. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience working in higher education or with diverse student populations. </li></ul> <p>Additional Comments</p> <p>These are temporary, part-time positions.
