<p>Description</p> <p>Specialization:</p> <p>Anesthesiology</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the collaborative and collegial team at Johnston-Willis Hospital in Richmond, VA. This is a W2, Hospital-Employed opportunity with excellent compensation, full scope of practice, and a supportive and dynamic work environment. New grads interested in optimizing their training with continued growth and development are more than welcome to apply.</p> <p>Highlights/Qualified Candidates:</p> <ul> <li>Required credentials: </li><li>Bachelors Degree in Nursing. </li><li>Successful completion of an accredited School of Nurse Anesthesia program. </li><li>Certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist by the AANA/NBCRNA. </li><li>Active licensure with current ACLS, BLS certification. </li><li>Care Team Model of 10 General Anesthesiologists and 23 CRNAs covering an average of 18 sites of service. </li><li>Diverse mix of cases including Complex Neuro/Spine, OB, GYN, General, heavy orthopedics, Robotics and GI. No trauma. No Cardiac. No Peds. </li><li>Annual surgical volume 17,000 cases. </li><li>Current schedule includes a mix of 8, 10 and 12 hour shifts.
