<p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support of RBG applications, including but not limited to RAS (Route Accounting & Settlement) software, selling & delivery, routing & dispatch, surveys, Print Shop, Citrix, and iPad solutions for various location(s) </li><li>Support, troubleshoot, and resolve local hardware and network issues related to desktops, laptops, iPads, printers, mobile devices, and A/V equipment </li><li>Manage and maintain end-user assets, including desktops, laptops, and mobile devices; oversee procurement, setup, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management </li><li>Work with IT Service Center and other IT groups to support issues with a high degree of responsiveness; provide efficient escalation of issues where appropriate to IT team members </li><li>Provide accurate incident & problem management reporting as required by using IT Service Center ticketing system </li><li>Other projects or duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Required Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's Degree with 0 to 2 years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 3 plus years of specific experience </li></ul> <p>Preferred Education and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's Degree </li></ul> <p>Essential Information for Our Employees</p> <p>At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
