<p>Executech is looking for a Temp Accounts Payable Clerk that will complete payments and control expenses by receiving processing verifying and reconciling vendor invoices.</p> <p>Come work for the most award-winning IT company in the state of Utah! We are not looking for the "average" Accounts Payable person; we need a cut above.</p> <p>Your Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assign expenses to accounts and cost centers. </li><li>Enter all expenses in the accounting program. </li><li>Reconcile work by verifying transactions and analyzing system reports. </li><li>Pay vendors on a weekly basis. </li><li>Manage vendor information by verifying federal id numbers resolving purchase order/ contract/ invoice/ or payment discrepancies issuing stop-payments etc. </li><li>Pay employees by receiving and verifying expense reports. </li><li>Verify vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements. </li><li>Maintain historical records by scanning and electronically filing documentation. </li><li>Complete other ad hoc reporting requirements as directed by upper management. </li><li>Accomplish organizational mission by contributing to projects and evolving the position. </li></ul> <p>Your Skills</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience in accounting and/or bookkeeping </li><li>Experience with large amounts of repetitive data entry </li><li>Beginning to intermediate abilities with Excel </li><li>Detail-oriented </li><li>Great interpersonal and communication skills </li><li>Analytical mindset </li><li>Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment </li><li>A passion to learn and grow </li></ul> <p>Plus you will experience our award-winning culture.
