<p>Overview We are data practitioners within 1NA Procurement that identify and create solutions through unlocking the full potential of Procurement data to solve business problems, achieve productivity targets, and measure supplier performance. As a Capabilities Sr. Manager, you will serve as the implementation leader of 1NA Procurement's Digital Transformation journey, responsible for helping build the digital product pipeline and portfolio. You will be liaising with Procurement stakeholders to understand their challenges, translate their needs into digital product requirements, as well as support the prioritization of incoming digital solutions on an as needed basis. Responsibilities Represent 1NA Procurement in various digital transformation projects and thought studies across sectors and global data influencing teams Collaborate with PepsiCo Global Strategy and Transformation regarding tools and applications to enable 1NA process alignment with global objectives Serve as the lead digital transformation agent across 1NA Procurement teams assuring alignment of project roadmaps and priorities Lead a team of analysts to develop 1NA Procurement capabilities projects, including defining scope, setting and managing expectations, developing a detailed project plan, understanding project risks and assigning team members to specific tasks Ownership of the FORCER forecasting process and deliverables, to maintain and improve forecast data provided to suppliers. Lead and design project planning sessions with key stakeholders to analyze business opportunities and define end to end business processes and solutions Set strategy for the implementation and translation of operational requirements into design elements to organize and present data in an actionable manner Collaborates with external vendors or resources to evaluate digital capability tools Understand backend data in order to translate it into front end design for a desirable end user experience. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $123,500 - $206,750. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. Qualifications Undergrad degree in Business or related applied technology 3-5 Years' experience and strong expertise in leading cross-functional teams in procurement technology consulting and/or project management Has a proven record of influencing and challenging the status quo when it comes to leading change and implementing technology solutions Analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills as well as great attention to detail Strong time management and project management/facilitation skills, ability to multitask, set priorities and work independently and direct the work of others Preferred understanding of S4 data and EDF Power BI Differentiating Competencies - Differentiating behaviors, leadership skills or soft skills required for success in the role.
