We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Service Manager to provide the daily direction and distribution of work orders to technicians and provides oversight of work performed. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are vital for this role!</p> <p>We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary with bonus opportunity </li><li>Comprehensive benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Employer-Paid Life & Short-Term Disability </li><li>401(k) with company match </li><li>Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Holidays </li><li>Opportunities for professional development, skill growth, and career advancement </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>2+ years of experience as a commercial tire technician required </li><li>2+ years of experience assigning commercial service work orders to technicians </li><li>Proficient in MS Office and the able to learn software (Maddenco, AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.) </li><li>Commercial TIA certification (strongly preferred) </li><li>Forklift Certification (or ability to obtain following employment) </li><li>Valid Driver's License or state(s) equivalent and must be insurable to drive by company standards </li></ul> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Receive, create, assign, and monitor all service work orders to technicians </li><li>Manage productivity of technicians, with a focus on monthly revenue goals </li><li>Provide ongoing training and skill development opportunities for technicians to enhance performance and stay current with industry standards </li><li>Step in to assist with work orders and technician tasks as needed </li><li>Assist branch manager with maintaining up to date employee administrative files </li><li>Provide sales staff support with service quotes, product look-ups, and any customer concerns </li><li>Oversee customer scheduled fleet work, scrap tire analysis, and other customer needs </li><li>Assist with warehouse duties (inventory, load/unload, barcoding, scan billing, etc.) </li><li>Conduct daily inspection of warehouse, service bays, trucks, and equipment in order to ensure safety, compliance, cleanliness, and organization </li><li>Ensure proper branch opening and closing procedures are being followed </li></ul> <p>Skills and Abilities:</p> <ul> <li>Exemplary leadership, organizational, and time management skills </li><li>Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and time constraints </li><li>Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight </li><li>Reliable and dependable with self-initiative </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us?
