<p>Job Description</p> <p>To execute all clerical responsibilities and tasks associated with Shipping and Logistics.</p> <p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Account for all Landed Costs as it relates to raw materials </li><li>Manage CMS Barge Unloading Invoices </li><li>Scan and maintain Outbound Truck BOLs </li><li>Scan and maintain Monthly Outbound Rail BOLs </li><li>Scan and maintain Monthly WATCO Work Receipts </li><li>Upload Shipping Operations documents into the HUB </li><li>File Temp Worker Time Cards </li><li>Management of office supplies for Shipping & Logistics </li><li>Publish daily and ad-hoc reports as needed </li><li>Performs other duties as requested </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Requirements and Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient use of the English language in reading, writing, and speaking</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient in use of Microsoft Office</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to manage multiple tasks, to set priorities, and to meet deadlines</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organization and analytical skills</p> </li><li> <p>Self-managing; works well with little supervision</p> </li><li> <p>Geographically competent</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to clearly communicate with internal and external parties regarding issues and changes</p> </li><li> <p>Education and Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>High School degree or GED Equivalent</p> </li><li> <p>1 to 3 years of related experience preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products</p> </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:</p> <p>Environment is typically in an office setting with a controlled environment. Physical responsibilities do include going into the plant, external locations and scale houses as needed.
