<p>Specific Job Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Provide excellent customer service to end users for basic troubleshooting with hardware and software. </li><li>Provide training for end users on technological tools and hardware. </li><li>Configuration and resetting of network accounts. </li><li>Provision, install, configure and maintain end-user's desktops, laptops and mobile devices. </li><li>Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions. </li><li>Prioritize and escalate problems as required to the appropriate IT Team members. </li><li>Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance in person, by email, over the phone or ticketing system. </li><li>Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers and all other devices. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 12 months helpdesk experience required. </li><li>Experience using a ticket management system for time tracking and task management. </li><li>Must have familiarity with Active Directory, knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and software. </li><li>Experience with Cisco Meraki equipment a plus. </li><li>Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively; listens and requests clarification as required. </li><li>Written Communication - Writes clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information. </li></ul> <p>Classification</p> <ul> <li>Hourly </li><li>Full Time </li></ul>
