<p>Description</p> <p>The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact, delivering excellent customer service to patients and visitors both in person or by phone as well as acting as a liaison between patients and providers throughout the administrative flow of the patient experience. Performs all core front and back office duties with increased independence and demonstrated proficiency.
