What you'll do as a Sr Operations Manager You will demonstrate exceptional leadership, mentorship and teambuilding skills with internal management teams and personnel. You will support and improve of operational processes and policies consistent with VCI's mission, including development and support of improved management reporting, information flow, business processes and organizational planning. You will establish trusted relationships with our customers and ensure consistently high satisfaction levels. You will develop and execute strategies to boost new business and customer relationships. You will create llong term customer, vendor and subcontractor relationships through understanding of the target market and needs of clients and business partners. You will have significant client interface responsibilities and provide project management input. You will develop and manage customer relationship efforts and ensure an increase to VCI's bottom line. You will provide support and offer industry-specific knowledge and experience based on the direction and needs of the customer and impact to VCI's performance. You will drive operational excellence across the organization that will result in improved safety, business operations and profits, increased technical competence and superior customer satisfaction. You will contribute to strategic planning recommendations, prepare and complete action plans to implement productive, safe and profitable operations. You will contribute to and drive short and long-term organizational planning and strategy as a key member of the management team. You will evaluate the business needs and develop clear execution plans with measurable KPI's and milestones. You will provide oversight and management of multiple local and remote teams and operations simultaneously. You will plan, direct and coordinate activities and resources to ensure safety and financial goals and objectives are accomplished within agreed timeframes and financial parameters are met. You will identify project requirements, define project deliverables, manage project roles, determine and complete training requirements to meet/exceed customer expectations. You will oversee short and long-term financial and managerial reporting, and monthly and quarterly assessments and forecasts of organization's finance performance against budget, financial and operational goals.
