In this role, you will play a critical part in driving accurate forecasting, budget planning, and financial modeling to support strategic business decisions. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Lease Accounting and Real Estate, and contribute to high-impact initiatives such as the Long-Range Model and Annual Fiscal Budget.</p> <p>This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, high-performing finance team within a growing organization where your insights will directly influence key business outcomes.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Lead the development of monthly non-comparable store sales forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver meaningful insights and recommendations.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain and update the monthly store calendar, incorporating inputs from the company's real estate pipeline.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with Lease Accounting to track and communicate occupancy forecast changes, supporting forecast versioning and budget accuracy.</p> </li><li> <p>Support the creation and refinement of the company's Long-Range Model and departmental targets used in the Annual Fiscal Budget.</p> </li><li> <p>Leverage Adaptive Planning software and advanced Excel models to perform in-depth financial analysis and scenario modeling.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting to Finance leadership (Manager, Director, VP, SVP), and act as a backup for Adaptive Planning system maintenance.</p> </li><li> <p>Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and transparency throughout financial planning processes.</p> </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li> <p>3-5 years of experience in financial planning, accounting, or related roles</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA and/or CPA preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Strong knowledge of GAAP and P&L preparation</p> </li><li> <p>Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in PowerPoint</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with financial planning systems such as Adaptive Planning a plus</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>High attention to detail, with the ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence at all levels</p> </li></ul> <p><em>Come join our team.
