MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: GS-6: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-5 grade level. Your resume must demonstrate at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector performing the following type of work and/or tasks: Examples of Specialized Experience: Provide clear guidance to patients regarding available services, appointment requirements, and necessary documentation. Maintain and manage the appointment scheduling system to ensure accuracy and efficiency across routine primary care clinics, specialty clinics, and individual medical provider schedules. Generate and distribute follow-up correspondence, including reminder letters for annual examinations and preventive care visits. You must meet all qualification requirements by the respective cut-off day of rating to be eligible for consideration.</p> <p>Work Type:The majority of positions to be filled under this announcement are permanent.
