Join us at Essendant, the better way to commerce.</p> <p>Finance Internship</p> <p>Schedule: Full-Time Summer Internship</p> <p>Monday-Friday Tuesday-Thursday In office</p> <p>Pay: $22.00 per hour</p> <p>Position Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Shadowing members of Finance department as they perform their duties. </li><li>Provide general accounting support. </li><li>Assist with financial modeling and analysis. </li><li>Prepare monthly financial results packages for leadership. </li><li>Identify and help improve processes and procedures in our daily, monthly, and ad hoc reports. </li><li>Taking on additional projects or responsibilities to learn more about accounting and finance. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Pursuing a Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; Entering junior or senior year </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly with Excel.
