<p>Operations Associate</p> <p>Hours: 9am-5pm or 8am-4pm</p> <p>LaSante Health Center is seeking an Operations Associate to support day-to-day facility and administrative operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to coordinate smoothly across departments to keep the health center running efficiently.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with daily operational oversight to support efficient workflow across all departments.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate facility needs, including supply requests, maintenance issues, and vendor communication.</p> </li><li> <p>Serve as the designated receiver for all incoming deliveries; check, sort, and distribute items promptly.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with inventory management and maintain organized storage areas and supply closets.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide general administrative and operational support as assigned.</p> </li><li> <p>Help ensure shared operational spaces remain clean, organized, and properly labeled.</p> </li><li></li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Strong organizational and multitasking skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible, reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams.</p> </li></ul>
