<p>Job Title: Superintendent of ConstructionJob Description</p> <p>We are seeking a highly qualified individual to take on a pivotal role as a superintendent for a $3.5 million utility project at Quantico.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary leader overseeing the construction project. </li><li>Manage project scheduling and ensure timely completion of all tasks. </li><li>Implement and enforce quality control measures throughout the project. </li><li>Supervise the construction team and coordinate all site activities. </li><li>Ensure compliance with federal construction regulations and safety standards. </li><li>Act as the point person for all project-related communications and decision-making. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>5 years of experience in federal construction. </li><li>Active OSHA 30 Certification. </li><li>Active C-QCM Certification. </li><li>Proficiency in construction management and quality control management. </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Experience with RMS (Resident Management System). </li><li>Experience working as a Quality Control Manager (QCM). </li><li>Experience with utility construction projects. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The role offers the opportunity to be the primary point person for all projected projects in Quantico, providing leadership and oversight to ensure successful project outcomes.</p> <p>Job Type & Location</p> <p>This is a Contract position based out of Quantico, VA.</p> <p>Pay and Benefits</p> <p>The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/hr.</p> <p>Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
