We invite you to become part of Connecticut's most comprehensive healthcare network.</p> <p>The creation of the HHC System Support Office recognizes the work of a large and growing group of employees whose responsibilities are continually evolving so that we and our departments now work on behalf of the system as a whole, rather than a single member organization.</p> <p>With the creation of our new umbrella organization we now have our own identity with a unique payroll, benefits, performance management system, service recognition programs and other common practices across the system.</p> <p>Job Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Liquidity & Cash Management:Conduct daily cash positioning and short-term liquidity management acrossthe organization. </li><li>Monitor and optimize working capital to support business operations and growth. </li><li>Treasury Operations Execution: Support development and maintenance of a 13-week rolling and long-term cash forecasting models, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. </li><li>Monitor and review bank fee structure and merchant card program. </li><li>Technology & Systems Integration: Support optimization efforts with Kyriba. </li><li>Automate treasury workflows and reporting to improve operational efficiency. </li><li>Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance system integration and data integrity. </li><li>Strategic Support & Leadership: Provide analytical support and insights to senior treasury leadership for decision-making. </li><li>Contribute to strategic initiatives, M&A support, and special projects as needed </li></ul> <p>Candidate Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>B.S.
