<p>Job Title: Construction Manager</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Review and provide input on engineering information packages. </li><li>Facilitate project safety plans and oversee safety measures in the field. </li><li>Schedule and coordinate construction crews, tracking and reporting on project progress. </li><li>Actively manage project costs. </li><li>Facilitate and develop labor and material estimates, perform material takeoffs, and enter requisitions. </li></ul> <p>Essential Skills</p> <ul> <li>Construction management </li><li>Blueprint reading </li><li>Change order management </li><li>Request for Information (RFI) handling </li><li>Electrical and mechanical expertise </li><li>Industrial construction knowledge </li><li>Proficiency in MS Project </li><li>Familiarity with construction documents </li><li>Lean Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles </li><li>OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications </li><li>Construction scheduling </li></ul> <p>Additional Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field </li><li>5+ years of experience managing commercial or industrial projects </li><li>Experience in scheduling and managing job costs </li><li>Industrial experience is a plus </li></ul> <p>Work Environment</p> <p>The position is onsite in Green Bay.
