It also includes supporting sales efforts, ensuring compliance, resolving client issues, and staying current on industry trends through ongoing training and collaboration.</p> <p>How You Will Contribute:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Manage and grow book of business through networking, referrals, cross-selling, and a strategic growth plan.</p> </li><li> <p>Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, prospects, carriers, and internal teams.</p> </li><li> <p>Oversee renewal processes and recommend insurance solutions, strategies, and cost-saving opportunities.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure compliance and documentation of sales, renewals, and operations in the agency management system.</p> </li><li> <p>Educate clients on benefits legislation, compliance, and new products during regular visits.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify client needs and develop service plans to ensure satisfaction and high-quality service.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve client and employee issues, including claims and enrollment concerns.</p> </li><li> <p>Create and present proposals and reports that align with client goals and expectations.</p> </li><li> <p>Support sales efforts, including prospect meetings, onboarding, and strategy development.</p> </li><li> <p>Participate in training, meetings, and teamwork initiatives while staying current on industry trends and adhering to company policies.</p> </li></ul> <p>Licenses and Certifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Valid Health, Accident and Life Insurance Producer licenses in good standing.</p> </li><li> <p>Professional Designation specific to area of specialty (preferred)</p> </li></ul> <p>Skills & Experience to Be Successful:</p> <ul> <li> <p>College Degree in a business-related field or equivalent work experience.
