The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate a strong commitment to supporting the professional growth and development of educators.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with the Mentor Coordinator to plan and organize workshops and training sessions for new teachers. </li><li>Assist in developing curriculum and resources aligned with building and district goals to support the needs of new teachers. </li><li>Coordinate schedules and logistics for mentorship activities, including mentor-mentee pairings and meetings. </li><li>Provide leadership support to mentors and mentees, offering guidance and resources to facilitate effective mentorship relationships. </li><li>Assist in assessing the effectiveness of mentorship programs and identifying areas for improvement. </li><li>Provide guidance and administrative support as needed. </li><li>Candidate must be a sitting administrator at BMUFSD. </li></ul>
