We have big plans for how we are going to accomplish this, and we would love for you to join us in this effort.</p> <p>JOB OVERVIEW</p> <p>As a Plant Training Resource, you'll play a key role in building capability across the Lancaster plant by supporting training programs, developing team members, and helping ensure consistent execution of plant standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, organizing and improving training processes, and making a visible impact on performance through learning and development.</p> <p>HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and support plant training initiatives across departments. </li><li>Create, maintain, and update training records, documentation, and tracking systems. </li><li>Monitor qualification progression and ensure accurate tracking of employee development. </li><li>Develop and update training programs, materials, and standard work documentation. </li><li>Train and coach trainers and team members to support skill development and consistency. </li><li>Track and report training budgets, participation, and effectiveness metrics. </li><li>Support broader WK Kellogg training and development initiatives and programs. </li><li>Manage training facilities, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and accessibility. </li><li>Gather data and generate reports to support training performance and decision-making. </li><li>Support talent development initiatives for hourly employees and partner with plant leadership on training plans. </li><li>Participate in continuous improvement efforts and help drive standardization and best practices across the plant. </li></ul> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <p>Minimum Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 2 years of related experience. </li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to train, coach, and influence others. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail. </li><li>Ability to work effectively across teams, including supervisors, vendors, and cross-functional partners. </li><li>Experience supporting or developing training programs, materials, or learning initiatives. </li><li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. </li></ul> <p>Preferred Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Strong performance skills including communication, organization, analytical thinking, and adaptability to change. </li><li>General knowledge of food manufacturing or industrial operations. </li><li>Demonstrated ability to support training in a plant or production environment. </li></ul> <p>WORK ENVIRONMENT</p> <ul> <li>Combination of office and manufacturing plant environment. </li><li>Regular use of computers, training software, and presentation tools such as projectors and learning aids. </li><li>Role may require facilitating training sessions that involve extended periods of standing, presenting, and interacting with groups. </li><li>Frequent time spent on the plant floor supporting training and development activities. </li><li>Occasional work outside normal hours, including evenings. </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $73,680 - 92,100</p> <p>At WK Kellogg Co, our success depends on our most vital asset - our people.
