<p>Location: Remote (U.S.-based preferred)</p> <p>Department: Partnerships & Sales</p> <p>GCommerce Solutions is looking for a Partnerships Manager to support the growth and success of our hospitality metasearch platform, Metadesk. In this role, you'll be responsible for enabling and empowering our network of resellers and referral partners to successfully promote Metadesk to their customer base. You'll ensure partners have the tools, training, and resources they need while also building strong, collaborative relationships that drive customer adoption and revenue growth.</p> <p>This position blends partner enablement with direct sales execution under referral agreements, giving you the opportunity to both empower partners and actively contribute to closing new business.</p> <p>What you'll do</p> <ul> <li>Onboard, train, and support Metadesk partners with the latest sales resources, product updates, and demo access. </li><li>Deliver engaging partner enablement sessions, webinars, and Q&A meetings. </li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for partner questions, troubleshooting, and ongoing support. </li><li>Maintain playbooks, FAQs, pitch decks, and other enablement resources. </li><li>Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to keep partners informed of new features and strategies. </li><li>Track and report on partner engagement, adoption, and customer referrals. </li><li>Collect partner feedback to improve programs and advocate for partner needs internally. </li><li>Execute direct sales into referral partners' customer bases, including discovery calls, demos, presentations, and pipeline management. </li><li>Drive deals from first conversation to close while ensuring a seamless customer experience. </li></ul> <p>What we're looking for</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. </li><li>3+ years of experience in sales enablement, partner management, customer success, or a similar role within SaaS, martech, adtech, or hospitality technology. </li><li>Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. </li><li>Experience supporting channel, reseller, or referral partnerships. </li><li>Proficiency with CRM and digital enablement tools. </li><li>Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple partner relationships at once. </li><li>Analytical mindset with experience tracking engagement and performance metrics. </li></ul> <p>Preferred: Experience in hospitality or technology sectors, familiarity with SaaS go-to-market strategies, and hands-on involvement in partner channel programs.</p> <p>Why join GCommerce?</p> <p>As one of the founding digital marketing agencies in the hospitality industry, GCommerce has grown into a leader in media, metasearch, and data-driven marketing solutions.
