<p>Staffmark is hiring a Senior Fabrication Lead on behalf of our client in Corona, CA. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity for a skilled fabrication professional ready to take the lead in a dynamic manufacturing environment. If you bring hands-on experience in sheet metal and team leadership, this role offers stability, growth, and a place to make your mark.</p> <p>Pay: $32.64 - $35.40 per hour (based on experience)</p> <p>Shift: 1st Shift Only | Monday - Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Oversee daily production schedules and ensure workflow efficiency </li><li>Maintain strict quality standards for fabricated products </li><li>Accurately interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) </li><li>Operate and troubleshoot fabrication tools and machinery </li><li>Lead, train, and mentor the fabrication team </li><li>Identify and resolve production issues in a timely manner </li><li>Support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices </li></ul> <p>What You Bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in sheet metal or fabrication </li><li>5+ years in a lead or supervisory role in a manufacturing environment </li><li>Strong mechanical aptitude and math skills </li><li>Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite </li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love This Job:</p> <p>Our partner company can provide you with the vital benefits that you deserve.
