<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>The Nursing Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full-cycle recruitment and related activities for the nursing department. Responsibilities include active and passive sourcing of candidates, interviewing/screening candidates, and assisting hiring managers in filling open positions. Additionally, the Nursing Talent Acquisition Specialists represent Upstate at a variety of internal and external recruitment events.</p> <p>Minimum Qualifications:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, and three years of relevant experience required. Ability to plan, execute, and deliver on projects and tasks in a timely manner is required. Excellent interviewing, assessment, strong interpersonal skills, and verbal and written communication skills required.</p> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <p>Healthcare recruiting experience highly preferred. Strong working knowledge of human resources practices, employment laws, and collective bargaining unit agreements preferred. Ability to understand business and clinical aspects of healthcare preferred.
