<p>The Well is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Fundraising Event Coordinator to help tell our story, grow our community of supporters, and generate the financial resources that make our mission possible. This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing people together for a purpose and who finds fulfillment in creating meaningful experiences that inspire generosity and connection.</p> <p>As our Fundraising Event Coordinator, you will lead the planning and execution of multiple signature fundraising events each year-from intimate donor dinners to large community-wide events like Giving Tuesday and our Spring Fundraiser. You will play a vital role in engaging churches, businesses, and individual supporters, ensuring every guest leaves understanding the life-changing work of The Well and how they can be part of it.</p> <p>This is more than an event-planning role-it is a mission-driven position for someone who wants to use their organizational skills, creativity, and relationship-building abilities to make a lasting impact in the lives of women and families we serve. If you are energized by logistics, motivated by purpose, and passionate about nonprofit work, this is an opportunity to do meaningful work in a collaborative and supportive environment.</p> <p>Job Description</p> <ul> <li>Plan and coordinate several fundraising events throughout the year to tell the story of The Well and explain our mission to bring funders in </li><li>Giving Tuesday Open House </li><li>Giving Tuesday Dinner at Manor Tavern </li><li>Spring Fundraising Event (Topgolf or other venue) </li><li>Funder support dinners </li><li>Sourcing venue event platforms for recommendation and selection, and researching vendors and companies to support The Well's fundraising event </li><li>Get multiple estimates </li><li>Assisting with building out the event pages on various platforms that are aligned with needs and branding </li><li>Coordination of committee meetings for staff, fundraising committee, and volunteers, including agendas, meeting minutes, and conference calls. </li><li>Maintaining event timelines, expenses, and budgets </li><li>Handling of event mailings, including organizing contact lists, drafting outreach letters, mail merges, and compiling email/mail outreach. </li><li>Management of tracking and collecting event information, including sponsor logos/journal ads and guest names. </li><li>Placing follow-up calls to and tracking outreach efforts for board members, event participants, and supporters. </li><li>Managing outreach for auction donations and in-kind donations, coordinating delivery, and tracking auction details. Drafting auction descriptions and handling auction displays. </li><li>Work with staff/volunteers to assist them with fundraising, incentives, and outreach. </li><li>Strategizing unique fundraising events and ideas </li><li>Development of funds </li><li>Invite businesses, friends, churches, and individuals to attend events/give </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Self-motivated </li><li>Excellent communication skills </li><li>Organized </li><li>Prior experience planning nonprofit Fundraising events </li><li>Experience with or willingness to learn our Fundraising Platform: Network for Good </li><li>Excellent Computer literacy, including Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Google Docs, Google Calendars) </li><li>Available during working hours 9am-5pm </li><li>16 hours per week Hybrid </li></ul>
