This includes the cleaning of office buildings, maintenance, and basic landscaping work at 24/7 residential programs and ServiceNet office properties. The job coach may be required to perform duties outside their normal responsibilities from time to time, as needed.</p> <p>The Mobile Work Crew is supported by Job Coaches to help ensure that each member is learning the skills necessary to complete the job correctly. This program was designed as a training ground for people with developmental disabilities to gain valuable work experience and earn meaningful wages.</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS</p> <ul> <li>Familiar with power equipment such as various types of the lawnmower, chainsaws, and Snowblowers, etc. </li><li>High School Diploma or equivalent </li><li>Two (2) years of experience working with the DBIS adult population as well as other disabilities </li><li>Have and maintain a valid driver's license. </li><li>Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record </li><li>Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office </li><li>Complete background check (CORI/ Fingerprint) </li><li>Excellent written and verbal skills </li></ul> <p>Pay & Benefits</p> <p>We offer a starting wage of $19.00-$20.00</p> <p>We also offer a generous time-off package; comprehensive health and dental insurance plans; a 403(B) retirement plan, with employer matching; long-term disability benefits; paid life insurance; tuition assistance; and several more benefit options.</p> <p>Interested?</p> <p>We look forward to hearing from you!</p> <p>ServiceNet is an equal opportunity employer.
