Some of the responsibilities may include:</p> <ul> <li>Learning the history & equity of our brands to help shape the path forward </li><li>Researching competitive advertising, consumer promotion, market research, product/package improvements & best practices </li><li>Consulting on strategic business problems & using data to create recommendations and tell stories </li><li>You will be given the opportunity to interact with senior management, including a midpoint and final summer project presentation to share your recommendations. Your ideas can help drive the future trajectory of the brand and can be seen in-market! </li></ul> <p>Past projects have included:</p> <ul> <li>Identifying a strategic roadmap to expand a brand's ecommerce presence </li><li>Evaluate the opportunity of leveraging AI to support brands to create an elevated consumer experience </li><li>Develop cross-branding strategy and campaign platforms to drive equity, expand usage, and build regimen </li><li>Assess, forecast, and report business trend drivers </li><li>Invent efficient education strategy for reaching and influencing pharmacy and in-store health clinic professionals </li></ul> <p>You would report to management supervisors and have opportunities to present key project findings and recommendations to business leaders. These and many other program features are collectively designed to provide an enriching experience through Exposure, Environment and Education that challenges and develops MBA students personally and professionally. Summer associates who demonstrate strong performance & professionalism may be considered for full time offer to return upon graduation.</p> <p>What we are looking for</p> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Completed bachelor's degree </li><li>Currently a Graduate student pursuing an MBA and anticipating to obtain between December 2026 and June 2027 </li><li>Creative instincts and capability to be a collaborative member of a cross-functional team </li><li>Ability to work during the duration of the assignment.
