<p>Job Description</p> <p>BAE Systems Space & Mission Systems is seeking an EVMS Internal Audit Analyst to join its organization.</p> <p>The Finance Strategic Capabilities Unit delivers the expertise and business acumen to increase value across the enterprise by providing actionable information with recommendations and opportunities to drive sustainable business growth.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Execute monthly analysis of program compliances against EVMS regulatory metrics to ensure system compliance across all EVM programs. </li><li>Monitor program EVMS deliverables to ensure they are in compliance with EVMS System Description and provide coaching and instruction where necessary. </li><li>Prepare and analyze monthly program data metrics utilizing DCMA DECM metric templates. </li><li>Report compliance metric results to programs and management to ensure corrective actions are taken where appropriate. </li><li>Communicate and conduct monthly meetings with programs to discuss outcomes of audit to drive non-compliance resolutions. </li><li>Review, assess, verify and document program feedback. </li><li>Provide training to Program Managers, CAMs, and Project Control Teams on EVMS Audit Metrics, what they mean and how they impact the program.. </li><li>Maintain DCMA DECM metric database to align with latest DCMA template versions. </li><li>Assist with maintaining EVM policies, procedures, and work instructions. </li><li>Assist with providing direction and guidance in the application of compliant Earned Value processes during baseline implementations, Integrated Baseline Reviews, and replan requirements as well as general program execution. </li><li>Support Joint Surveillance Reviews and Integrated Baseline Reviews and other Government reviews and data calls. </li><li>Assist with development of EVM trainings and support program trainings. </li><li>Support small projects, to include the support of systems and tool upgrades (such as system change requests, new implementations, etc.). </li><li>Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule. </li><li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department, the Strategic Business Units, Strategic Capabilities Units and the Company. Interact appropriately with others in order to maintain a positive and productive work environment. </li><li>Perform other duties as necessary. </li></ul> <p>On-Site Work Environment: This position requires regular in-person engagement by working on-site three or more days each normally scheduled week in the primary work location. Travel and local commute between company campuses and other possible non-company locations may be required.</p> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Work is performed in an office environment, laboratory, cleanroom, or production floor. </li></ul> <p>Required Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>BS/BA in related field plus 6 or more years related experience. </li><li>Each higher-level degree, i.e., Master's Degree or Ph.D., may substitute for two years of experience. Related technical experience may be considered in lieu of education. Degree must be from a university, college, or school which is accredited by an agency recognized by the US Secretary of Education, US Department of Education. </li><li>EVMS knowledge with previous experience in Program Control or Project Finance working externally reported EVM programs with a strong understanding of government requirements as well as a proven ability to analyze financial data. </li><li>Experience with EVM tools. </li><li>Excellent command of MS Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel i.e. vlookups and pivot tables at a minimum. </li></ul> <p>#LI-LO1Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills</p> <ul> <li>Knowledge of EIA-748 Earned Value Management Systems 27 Guidelines. </li><li>Experience with DCMA DECM metrics. </li></ul> <p>Pay Information</p> <p>Full-Time Salary Range: $101398 - $172377</p> <p>Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
