As global consumer demand for sustainable and reusable packaging continues to grow, PATH is leading the way with innovative, purpose-driven solutions that make a real impact.</p> <p>The Role</p> <p>PATH is looking for an entrepreneurial and analytical individual to join our team as Regional Sales Manager MidAtl - Northeast, to help reinforce PATH's expansion as the leading choice in the sustainable bottled water category. This is an opportunity to join a growing market and brand as the beverage industry continues to trend towards sustainable and healthier options. The ideal candidate will have experience with calling on regional convenience and grocery retailers within that market along with regional wholesalers/distributors that supply those same retailers.</p> <p>Why PATH?</p> <p>We offer competitive benefits for all full-time team members, including:</p> <ul> <li>401k with a 6% employer match </li><li>Flexible Time Off policy </li><li>12 company holidays + year-end company shutdown </li><li>Communications and wellness stipends </li><li>Medical, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Long-term and short-term disability insurance </li><li>Life insurance </li><li>Flexible Time Off Policy </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Acquire and grow our retail channel. </li><li>Manage distributors, brokers, and attend buyer calls. </li><li>Maintain existing key accounts and develop relationships with key buyers. </li><li>Work with brokers to set up meetings/target customers/ attend trade shows. </li><li>Sell in additional SKUs and create opportunities for PATH's growth. </li><li>Monitor status by consistently using CRM tools, such as Salesforce. </li><li>Participate in weekly sales calls to understand and contribute to company-wide strategies. </li><li>Provide recommendations for additional distribution/regional chain requirements. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Minimum 5 years sales experience with a CPG company, distributor, or retailer. </li><li>Experience selling in grocery & convenience stores. </li><li>Enthusiastic and comfortable working in an early stage company. </li><li>Ability to think rapidly in a growing and changing environment. </li><li>Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication. </li><li>Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace preferred. </li><li>Must have experience working with cross-functional teams. </li></ul> <p>Our Commitment</p> <p>We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer. While the range above is for the expectations as laid out in the job description, the final offer amount will depend on the factors listed above.</p>
