Healthy Health Center location. This full-time role is essential in supporting clinical operations and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Assist providers with direct patient care and clinical procedures. </li><li>Conduct patient interviews and accurately document medical information in the Electronic Health Record (EHR). </li><li>Perform routine screenings and tests as ordered by the provider. </li><li>Handle telephone inquiries, provide clinical advice within scope, and conduct follow-up as needed. </li><li>Ensure exam rooms are properly stocked, sanitized, and equipped. </li><li>Coordinate referrals and pre-authorizations, and communicate next steps to patients. </li><li>Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA regulations. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program </li><li>Current LPN license in the State of Ohio </li><li>Active CPR certification </li><li>Preferred: Minimum of one (1) year of LPN experience in a community health, hospital, or private practice setting </li><li>Strong communication and patient service skills </li><li>Ability to work effectively in a team-based, fast-paced environment </li><li>Familiarity with EHR systems is a plus </li></ul> <p>Equal Employment Opportunity/Drug-Free Workplace:</p> <p>The HealthCare Connection is focused on creating a community that promotes dignity and respect for employees, patients and other community members.
