<p>Overview</p> <p>Administrative Assistant - Dental Hygiene Program</p> <p>The DH Administrative Assistant is the individual responsible for assisting the clinical and program director in maintaining student records.</p> <p>In addition to joining an organization with an outstanding mission, Concorde is happy to provide the following Benefits You'll Love -</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Principal Accountabilities & Deliverables</p> <ul> <li>Obtain and maintain records of health screens and CPR cards. </li><li>Attend faculty meeting and record minutes </li><li>Maintain student notification list </li><li>Perform all clerical duties as required by Dental Hygiene Program Director </li><li>Establish and maintain effective working relationships </li><li>Attend Program Advisory Committee Meetings and record minutes </li><li>Meet with Dental Hygiene Program Director every day for daily plan and updates </li><li>Maintain student clinical evaluation files </li><li>Assist faculty with documentation outside of work </li><li>Record and maintain student clinical tally documentation </li><li>Assist faculty with information technology issues </li><li>Assist students with documentation required for licensure </li><li>Maintain professionalism and serve as a role model to students </li><li>Perform all other duties as assigned by the Dental Hygiene Program Director, Clinical Director or Academic Dean. </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Education / Experience</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or equivalent. </li><li>Must have knowledge of secretarial, office, administrative procedures </li><li>Knowledge of use and operation of standard office equipment, Excel and Microsoft Word at a level generally required through 5 years of experience. </li></ul> <p>Standard Abilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Able and willing to:</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate, think, learn, and reason</p> </li><li> <p>Use computers and computer systems (including hardware and software) to process transactions, store documents, enter data, or perform assigned tasks</p> </li><li> <p>Safely ambulate and/or maneuver when on-site at Company locations</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate and utilize active listening, inductive reasoning, information ordering and category flexibility</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to use good judgment, problem-solving and decision-making skills</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where deadlines are essential and multiple projects are worked simultaneously</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to gain, understand and apply information and data as it relates essential functions of the position</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to foster long-term relationships with stakeholders</p> </li></ul>
