Here, you'll combine technical skill with creativity, collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to drive better part designs and manufacturing solutions. You'll work with best-in-class, premium machinery and get to bring our expanded, state-of-the-art machine shop to life to support the scale and pace of the Terran R program. With clear training pathways, you'll have opportunities to advance from operating machines to programming them, growing your career alongside the program.</p> <ul> <li>note* second shift is from 3pm - 11:30pm </li></ul> <p>About the Role:</p> <ul> <li>Full ownership and accountability over several teams of CNC operators </li><li>Lead the team of people leaders for the Ops floor </li><li>Support longer-term strategic operations on the shop floor </li><li>Mentor and coach your team to develop their personal career goals </li></ul> <p>About You:</p> <ul> <li>Experience identifying manufacturing process gaps and analyzing their impact on the production system </li><li>Experience administrating/delegating daily work assignments to your team </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments </li></ul> <p>Nice to haves but not required:</p> <ul> <li>Experience leading high performing teams of people leaders </li><li>Experience in the manufacture of highly controlled aerospace products </li><li>Experience implementing key system improvements and measuring success </li></ul>
