MUST HAVE AN UPDATED RESUME TO SCHEDULE AN INTERVIEW!</p> <p>Job Details:</p> <p>Location: 10707 N Pomona Ave. Kansas City, MO 64153-1925</p> <p>Current Shifts Available:</p> <ul> <li>1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 5:30AM - 2:00PM </li><li>2nd Shift | Monday - Friday | 1:30PM - 10:00PM </li><li>$1.00 Shift Differential for 2nd Shift </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li> <p>2+ years of heavy mechanical assembly experience</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of experience in manufacturing and fabrication experience</p> </li><li> <p>1+ years of hands on work experience with hand tools, electric power tools and pneumatic tools</p> </li><li> <p>The ability to lift 50 pounds</p> </li></ul> <p>The Locomotive Technician must perform assembly, disassembly, clean, requalification, rework and assembly operations on Traction Motor Combo components utilizing manual and automated equipment in accordance with quality procedure. Additionally, the Technician will inspect work completed on components to internal inspection criteria for compliance to quality or engineering requirements. Responsible to perform work in a safe manor in support of lean manufacturing principals such as but not limited to 5s or single piece flow to required takt time.
