As a member of the Creator Partnerships team, you will help nurture relationships with creators / talent on Snap; focusing on outreach strategy, managing the day to day relationships and driving ways to increase creator's presence across the Snapchat platform. Often you will be in the field, inspiring and motivating creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity. Working from our NYC office, you will sit on the Creator Partnerships team, and collaborate across the broader content organization.</p> <p>What you'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Help develop the creator community for Snap. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.</p> <p>Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.</p> <p>Zone B:</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually.</p> <p>Zone C:</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually.</p> <p>This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.</p>
