As a member of the Creator Partnerships team, you will help nurture relationships with creators / talent on Snap; focusing on outreach strategy, managing the day to day relationships and driving ways to increase creator's presence across the Snapchat platform. Often you will be in the field, inspiring and motivating creators, and helping them to understand Snapchat in ways that help unlock their creativity. Working from our NYC office, you will sit on the Creator Partnerships team, and collaborate across the broader content organization.</p> <p>What you'll Do</p> <ul> <li> <p>Help develop the creator community for Snap. Ideate ways to engage, excite, and immerse creators to increase investment into Snapchat.</p> </li><li> <p>Work with team members across various teams at Snap including Creator Partnerships, Community, Content, and more.</p> </li><li> <p>Drive creator success on the platform by ensuring they understand best practices, reaching new fans, and pursuing innovative ways to engage our audience through new products and initiatives.</p> </li><li> <p>Define best practices, articulate and identify unique Snapchat differentiators to the creator community.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify onboarding targets using industry and pop culture trends</p> </li><li> <p>Work with creators to help them execute projects that make use of Snapchat in creative ways.</p> </li><li> <p>Represent Snapchat at creator industry events, which may eventually include public speaking engagements, such as panels.</p> </li><li> <p>Support ad-hoc creator partnerships projects</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum Qualifications</p> <ul> <li> <p>3+ years experience working in the creator / talent industry</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using Snapchat.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience leveraging your network of industry and creator contacts.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Experience working independently to contribute to time sensitive, high priority projects.</p> </li><li> <p>Understanding of the talent and digital industries, social media platform creator ecosystems, as well as the creator economy.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to think strategically about tactics, challenges, and trends in order to effectively influence internal and external stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Firm command of communication and presentation skills, and the ability to serve as a spokesperson for Snapchat.</p> </li><li> <p>Deep understanding of current events in music, entertainment, sports, lifestyle, fashion and internet culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong editorial judgment and knowledge of pop culture.</p> </li><li> <p>Entrepreneurial spirit.</p> </li></ul> <p>If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don't be shy and provide us some information.</p> <p>"Default Together" Policy at Snap: At Snap Inc. we believe that being together in person helps us build our culture faster, reinforce our values, and serve our community, customers and partners better through dynamic collaboration. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. The starting pay may be negotiable within the salary range for the position. These pay zones may be modified in the future.</p> <p>Zone A (CA, WA, NYC):</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $118,000-$176,000 annually.</p> <p>Zone B:</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $112,000-$167,000 annually.</p> <p>Zone C:</p> <p>The base salary range for this position is $100,000-$150,000 annually.</p> <p>This position is eligible for equity in the form of RSUs.</p>
