The position involves heavy inbound phone volume, frequent cash register transactions, and daily walk-in customers. Combination of education, training and/or experience will be considered for this position.</p> <p>Skills & Relevant Experience</p> <ul> <li>3+ years related experience and/or training </li><li>Background in Turf and Horticulture is a plus </li><li>Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus </li><li>Proficiency with computer systems and standard office technology </li><li>Strong organizational abilities with effective written and verbal communications skills </li><li>Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail highly desired </li><li>Prior experience in an office setting </li><li>Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills </li><li>Prior experience using a multi-line phone system highly preferred </li><li>Prior experience handling cash and register operations highly preferred </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <ul> <li>Valid Driver's License </li><li>Must be willing and able to travel as required </li><li>Must be detail oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Must possess exceptional interpersonal skills </li><li>Must possess basic mathematical skills: </li><li>ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
