The Heart Center has a dynamic and growing program in clinical and translational research, dedicated to advancing our understanding of a wide range of cardiovascular diseases and innovative interventions. The individual hired for this position will work as an integral member of a diverse team of researchers to ensure the successful execution of groundbreaking cardiovascular clinical trials.</p> <p>PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</p> <p>The responsibilities may vary according to projects, but include the following:</p> <ul> <li>Subject recruitment and enrollment. </li><li>Maintenance of trial IRB and regulatory documentation. </li><li>Study finance management. </li><li>Acting as liaison with internal and external collaborators and sponsors to move trials forward. </li><li>Managing research data, biological samples, and supporting other research project operations as needed. </li></ul> <p>Additional Job Details (if applicable)</p> <p>QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <p>Applicants should possess:</p> <ul> <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to interact with patients and study subjects. </li><li>Excellent attention to detail. </li><li>Capability to work well independently and within a multi-disciplinary team. </li><li>Ability to balance and prioritize multiple dynamic projects and commitments. </li><li>Willingness to commit to at least two years in the position is preferred. </li></ul> <p>EDUCATION:</p> <p>Bachelor's degree required.</p> <p>EXPERIENCE:</p> <p>Any previous research experience is a plus.</p> <p>Remote Type</p> <p>Onsite</p> <p>Work Location</p> <p>55 Fruit Street</p> <p>Scheduled Weekly Hours</p> <p>40</p> <p>Employee Type</p> <p>Regular</p> <p>Work Shift</p> <p>Day (United States of America)</p> <p>EEO Statement:</p> <p>The General Hospital Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
