<p>Now Hiring: Digital Content Producer</p> <p>Location: Horsham, PA</p> <p>Overview:</p> <p>Turn 14 Distribution is seeking a Digital Content Producer to lead the charge in executing high-impact media and content initiatives. This role ensures alignment with company goals, manages content calendars and media workflows, and helps elevate the brand across digital platforms. If you're a strategic thinker with a creative spark and a passion for coaching others, we want to hear from you!</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <p>Oversee Media Deliverables</p> <ul> <li> <p>Create and manage the annual content plan (social media, news articles, and more) alongside marketing leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Organize team workload using Jira and Google Workspace tools.</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure all content strictly follows Turn 14 Distribution's branding guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Mentor and develop the media team.</p> </li></ul> <p>? Plan Execution</p> <ul> <li> <p>Guide the planning, development, and publishing of news articles.</p> </li><li> <p>Lead execution of content, including social posts, paid media, UTMs, YouTube content, event coverage, and product photography.</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with internal and external teams, including vendors, agencies, purchasing, sales, HR, and finance.</p> </li><li> <p>Support email copy and campaigns as needed.</p> </li></ul> <p>Measurement of Results</p> <ul> <li> <p>Track performance and report monthly results to marketing leadership.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with media budget tracking and invoice management.</p> </li></ul> <p>Other Duties</p> <ul> <li>Stay up-to-date on marketing trends, media platforms, and industry best practices. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications & Skills:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media/Communications, or related field-or equivalent experience.</p> </li><li> <p>5-7 years of professional experience in a media or content-related role.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong leadership, mentoring, and team management skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.</p> </li><li> <p>Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with WordPress or similar CMS platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with email platforms like MailChimp or Constant Contact.</p> </li><li> <p>Automotive and/or powersports technical knowledge is strongly preferred.</p> </li><li> <p>Bonus: Skills in After Effects, Illustrator, Audition, or paid media platforms.</p> </li><li> <p>Travel: up to 10%.</p> </li></ul> <p>Why Join Turn 14 Distribution?</p> <p>We're a fast-paced, innovative company built around collaboration, creativity, and growth.
