<p>Job Summary</p> <p>Typical projects may include, dependent upon educational</p> <p>background and career motivation:</p> <ul> <li>Conducting scientific, market, prior art, and patent search and analysis </li><li>Assessing t he commercial viability of new inventions through market research and competitive analysis </li><li>Identifying potential licensees or inventors </li><li>Developing marketing materials </li><li>Assisting with the management of a patent docket, including creating useful patent data and analytics for the office </li><li>Collecting royalty rate research and developing preliminary valuation models </li><li>Assisting in the review of agreements for contract management and organization </li></ul> <p>Skills / Knowledge / Abilities</p> <p>Applicants with a clinical, scientific, technical, business or law background are</p> <p>encouraged to apply.
