We are looking for a Specialist, Quality Control Operations, to play a critical role in evaluating and inspecting Victoria's Secret and PINK beauty products against established specifications. This position requires meticulous attention to detail, analytical skills, and a strong ability to work cross-functionally with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams. Here, you'll be empowered to perform, grow, and engage through unmatched opportunities to develop your skills, gain real-world experience, and learn from the best in the business.</p> <p>Your Impact</p> <p>Audit Program Execution (40%)</p> <ul> <li>Conduct targeted and routine audits at distribution centers (DCs), Beauty Lab and supplier facilities, leveraging statistical analysis to determine audit cadence and providing detailed reports on findings. </li><li>Maintain and analyze audit data, dashboards, and reporting tools to track trends and drive improvements. </li><li>Evaluate test data gathered from suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards. </li><li>Provide technical and investigative support to vendors and internal stakeholders regarding audit findings. </li><li>Training internal and external auditing teams to conduct beauty specific audits to VS&Co standards. </li><li>Assist in audit activities with all appropriate third-party audits & internal audits as required to ensure compliance. </li></ul> <p>Quality Control & Issue Management (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Support quality processes in the beauty lab - including testing, inspections, verification of lab equipment, quality investigations, implement corrective action activities, training activities, etc. </li><li>Perform in-process and postproduction quality checks, including testing, assessing and dispositioning products in the lab or production environment to ensure product acceptability. </li><li>Support departments in reporting, handling and escalation of investigations (hands-on product testing, executing design of experiments, root cause analysis) </li><li>Support vendor non-conformance investigations to improve VS&Co Quality processes. </li><li>Track supplier product submissions for approval and maintain an organized retain library. </li><li>Document control and review: SOP generation, SOP drafting, SOP maintenance, batch record review, COA acceptance. </li><li>Utilize measuring tools and statistical analysis to assess product compliance with established specifications. </li><li>Analyze data for trends that may require corrective actions and collaborate with suppliers on solutions. </li><li>Use internal systems to lock/unlock articles for audit, run inventory reports, coordinate sorts, and support the Quality Manager on issue resolution. </li><li>Assist in creating rework or sorting instructions and define acceptance criteria for quality improvements. </li><li>Issue quality notifications and monitor follow-ups to ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented. </li></ul> <p>Vendor Performance & Collaboration (30%)</p> <ul> <li>Provide quality assurance support to contract manufacturing vendors, ensuring adherence to compliance and quality standards. </li><li>Act as a liaison between the company and vendors to communicate QA policies, expectations, and best practices. </li><li>Conduct on-site inspections and production audits to validate product acceptability and process consistency. </li><li>Participate in evaluating the manufacturing of goods to confirm that manufacturing lines meet established quality expectations. </li></ul> <p>Click here for benefit details related to this position.</p> <p>Minimum Salary: $66,200.00</p> <p>Maximum Salary: $86,835.00</p> <p>VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, quality management, engineering, or a related field preferred </li><li>1-2 years of experience in quality assurance, process engineering, or product formulation, with hands-on experience in product auditing and lab testing preferred </li><li>Strong background in quality auditing, compliance evaluations, and statistical analysis. </li><li>Experience with quality control processes, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and root cause analysis. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail and delivering accurate results. </li><li>Ability to multi-task and work independently. Highly motivated self-starter. </li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions. </li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization and with external partners. </li><li>Highly organized, analytical, and passionate about ensuring high product standards. </li><li>Ability to travel (40%) local and domestic travel to support quality initiatives. </li><li>Proficiency in using data analysis tools, quality management software, and Microsoft Office Suite. </li></ul> <p>We will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest records, conviction records, or other criminal histories, in a manner consistent with the requirements of any applicable state and local laws.
